a generally acceptable stay
convenient location helpful staff clean rooms small room stained curtains unhelpful manager
the location is very convenient. it is close to the underground stations (i used queensway station). the staff were helpful (i asked for directions). the hotel and rooms were clean.
my room was quite small for three people. the curtains had stains (i noticed this immediately).

convenient location friendly staff
the location was very convenient, close to bayswater tube station. it made getting around easy! the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. two fans were provided in the room, a welcome addition. the room had a good location near tube stations.
the hotel provided only one key to the room. this was inconvenient as we were a group of four.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. A mini fridge was also available, i used it to store drinks. The location proved very convenient for accessing different parts of the city (i liked this). The staff were kind during check-in.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low, slightly harder to rinse shampoo.

The breakfast coffee was hot and strong, starting the day well. The breakfast room provided limited seating, so during peak times, guests waited briefly. The food selection was simple, containing standard options.

Reception staff checked me in early and also assisted with my luggage. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at all times (a real asset). They seemed ready to address any questions promptly.
